SLS (Sintering Laser Lamination) is an additive manufacturing technology that uses a high-energy laser beam to sinter titanium alloy powder layer by layer. Specifically, it is formed through "bonding-sintering" or "indirect sintering". Due to its extremely high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance, excellent biocompatibility and balanced high and low temperature performance, it can manufacture complex geometric parts without the need for a support structure and has a high material utilization rate. It is particularly suitable for the high-performance requirements of aerospace and medical implants.
